Does anyone have a contact email address for Adobe or can point me in the direction of their complaint procedures? I am tired of phoni6the customer service number as noone answers.
Adobe renewed my contract within asking me and when I try to cancel it (I'm a student and can't afford it doubling in price) Adobe say they're going to charge me a cancellation fee of £160! But I never signed up for a new contract. I have no emails from them since February 2024.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

renewals are automatic. an email was (supposed to be) sent during the month of (or prior to) renewal. that email may be in your spam folder.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I never renewed my contract with Adobe so any cancellation terms are
irrelevant. I haven't heard from Adobe (via email or other means) since
February 2024. I noticed that my account had an email address that no longer receives emails (since April 2024) so
any contact from Adobe would have resulted in bounce back emails.
Please cancel my contract without charging me a cancellation fee. You have
charged me double on 28 February, which should take me to 28 March 2025.
If I am charged a cancellation fee, you will be taking funds unlawfully as
I did not enter into an contract with you.
