How do I make an official complaint to Adobe by email? I've been paying for an app after I cancelled the trial.
adobe doesn't respond to emails.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Is there still a chat option? I am not seeing this. I have enabled pop-ups. I keep going in circles. It's very frustrating.
I have been charged for a service even though I cancelled my subscription in good time and want a refund. This feedback system is very poor.
