Confuse with the plan

I already purchase plan on above but when i log-in for Adobe Premiere Pro still need buy the application. should I purchase the plan on the bottom? Can you give me the differences between that plan? Now I am active students in the University. I hope I can get best price for buying. Thank you

The difference between both the plans is that it seems the first one is a student/teachers subscription and is discounted, also its a yearly plan so early cancellation incurs a cancellation fees.

But, DO NOT PURCHASE. Your plan already gives you access to Premiere Pro, something needs to be fixed. The second picture you post is just the full price; you paid the academic price, but get all the same apps.

Make sure your Creative Cloud app is logged on with the account which paid for the plan, of course, that is how it knows.

After installing.  Restart your computer.

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > Sign-in to Creative Cloud with your paid ID and password.
