Ao comprar um plano Adobe Creative cloud, indiquei, por engano, um e-mail errado que não existe. O valor já foi cobrado no meu cartão de crédito. No entanto não consigo aceder à conta, nem sequer para alterar o endereço porque não tenho, naturalmente password. Como devo fazer para alterar o endereço de email?
