Ao comprar um plano Adobe Creative cloud, indiquei, por engano, um e-mail errado que não existe. O valor já foi cobrado no meu cartão de crédito. No entanto não consigo aceder à conta, nem sequer para alterar o endereço porque não tenho, naturalmente password. Como devo fazer para alterar o endereço de email?

Sara, sorry you mistyped your e-mail addr4ess while signing up for a Creative Cloud membership.  You will need to contact our support team directly at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen since you cannot use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/fix-error-adobe-id-email-change.html.  Please be prepared to confirm details on the account to verify you should be given access.

Thank you, I will. Can you please confirm the schedule when i can contact this service? I read 9 to 16.30 BRT. This means its Brasilian time, 12 to 19.30 in Portugal, right?
