Hi! It seems impossible to contact a real person at Adobe. I'm reading that I am not the only person that's having this problem. How can this problem still exist in such a big well going company? I honoustly don't understand. Even the Contact button does not work!

Does anyone here know how I can get to speak or email to an actual person at Adobe? Please include a link that does work. Thanks so much!

1. there is no email. Use chat or phone

2. Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @Deleted User, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

Hi there

Youre not alone!

Did you make any progress with your subscription issue? I have the same problem and contacting customer support is proving impossible.

Grateful for any feedback.

Kind regards.
