I live in the US, but I am currently traveling in the UK. I just got notified about my price going up and I wanted to talk to CHAT with someone about it, but when I try to it says that I have to call. I cannot call right now I do not have access to a phone that I can use. I am assisting with the end of life care for my terminally ill mother, I do not have time to mess around, I just need to talk to a person for a few minutes to get the situation cleared up. Why is Adobe not letting me Chat with someone?
