Continuously billed, despite cancelling.

Hi all,

 

I'm sure others may also have experienced this issue with Adobe. Last May, I signed up to Adobe Stock, as there was only one image I needed, and planned to then cancel before the free trial expired. Having subsequently cancelled, I have noticed, month by month, to my dismay, €36.89 debited from my account.

 

Over the last few months, I've failed to see any contact from Adobe, and have now resorted to the community. I've made my issue very clear during a call, and on several occasions was promised a call-back, which never materialised. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with Adobe's complete and utter disregard for their customer's wellbeing and spread of misinformation. Should a user attempt to find a customer care contact, they will just keep getting redirected and logged out, without the chance to "speak to a real person" (as stated on the site) materialising.

 

As I say, I'm bitterly disappointed with Adobe's stance on the matter and am eagerly awaiting a well overdue response.
