convert activation code for complete set into PS&LR Set

Hello,

 

I've won an activation code for a complimentary access to Creative Cloud (12 months). But I only use LR&PS and already a plan for it. Is it possible to convert the my activation code to 2 or 3 codes to use PS&LR?

 Only Adobe Customer Service could do that, and I am 99% sure that they would not do that. You won a plan, not an exchangeable value. No, you just get 12 months to play with the other apps. HOWEVER, after a year it will start charging you for all apps. You may need to completely cancel and re-subscribe, and may lose all files on the cloud.

I havn't really found a possibility to contact the Customer Service. It's really well hidden so that's why I'm asking here.

I don't need all those apps worth hundreds of dollars. I only need PS&LR and have a plan for it since 2016. 😞

Well and I don't have any files on the cloud so that wouldn't be a problem at all.
