Because of the economic problem im going trough, thanks to corona virus, i can´t afford to pay anymore my plan. Now it turns to be that if i cancel i have to pay. I started the plan with a price and it has increased $14. NO ONE told me that it was going to increase the price and that i had to stick to the year instead i would have to pay that amount of money ! please help

Introductory pricing is only good during the introductory period (usually the first year), after which it goes to regular pricing until you cancel.
Requests for payment deferments, etc... are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting Adobe Customer Support by phone or online chat.

To expand on Nancy's answer, if you are an individual subscriber and you are having financial issues because of the pandemic, Adobe may waive subscription fees for a couple of months. This is not an official policy and seems to be handled on an individual basis. There is no guarantee that your fees will be waived. You will have to talk to customer care directly and work something out with them.
Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.
