Créative cloud administré par Kayware

J'ai acheté une License soi-disant permanente sur Facebook avec un compte administré par la société Kayware, mais j'ai déjà eu plusieurs interruptions dans l'usage des logiciels pour cause de version d'évaluation expirée. Quelqu'un a-t-il eu le même problème et comment le solutionner sachant que cet administrateur toujours désigné sur le compte ne répond pas ?

Photoshop costs around 10 euros each month, there is no such bargain, and no permanent license.
