Creative Cloud Membership problem

Hi! I have Creative Cloud for companies and it got complicated when I moved my company to another country. I would like to change my data due to taxes, but I do not see this option. I bought membership at a promotional price, if I close my account and open in another country it will cost me twice as much. Is there any option to change the country on my account so as not to lose the discount?
