i had an account made for me bc it didn’t register but before that i made an acc and it successfully was made but the page immediately changed after and so i had no acc it’s all very confusing anyhow i contacted customer support bc right after i tried with my computer and phone and two different cards and the payment would not go through while trying to make an account again and pay for the student plan for adobe cloud “A

different payment method or contact your bank.”, customer support bailed on me after making my account and telling me to go check the plan again, i told her it was saying the same thing and it would still not work and no response, i have graphic design lessons that i cannot attend without an account or i’ll be marked as absent! there is absolutely no issue in my info or my devices
