Creative cloud subscribtions failed

Hello,

I want to make subscribtion for single app Adobe Illustrator, but when I go to payment section and make a payment, the pop up window show up and say incorrect billing info, what's the problem? I have purchase the other software (affinity designer) with this card and it's accepted.

I have try to use different software like UCbrowser, Opera, Chrome, Microsoft edge and also in different device still got an error. How do I get this done?
