Hi,
I have a 12 Month prepaid subscription for Creative Cloud. Today I received an e-mail ( from Adobe) saying that they processed my cancelation request ( I still have 6 more months of subscriptions ), but I haven't done any requests of such kind.
I tried contacting Adobe support but with no success ( I am waiting in a queue for 10 hours).
Did anyone had this (bad) experience ?

You will need to contact support for specifics about your account. However, a similar issue is being discussed here, you can have a look. If you bought your license from outside Adobe then you might have purchased from an unauthorized source and hence the cancellation
