Creative cloud subscription question

New Here ,
Dec 18, 2022 Dec 18, 2022

Hi, my Adobe Creative cloud subscription's price just raised unexpectedly and I can't find chat to talk to someone at Adobe anymore which I've used in the past. I've tried call but after sitting on hold for a long time my calls get cut off, I'm in Ireland if that's info needed. I really need to talk to someone it's not something I can find help with in the forums which I keep getting directed to. Thanks in advance.

first year subscription prices are usually discounted, so an increase in cost after that first year is typical.  that said, there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:

phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
