I got an email that my service will end on 13-July-2024 (PT), with the email containing: 'Cancellation confirmation' stating that my account will revert to basic, free level of membership even though I clearly did not cancel. I just paid for my subscription on July 5, 2024, but I cannot access any of my Apps. The bot doesn't help and cannot solve my problem.

UPDATE: I contacted Adobe's support via Twitter and solved my issue there. They cancelled my subscription because a similar adobe ID bought a studio team plan and thought I cancelled my own subscription. I sent them my billing records and details for the whole year and told them I had no knowledge of this cancellation. After awhile, they confirmed it was a mistake on their end and sent me a new quotation with the same price I've been paying the past year.
