1. Hi I have purchased adobe premiere pro a while ago and of course that cost around $33 after tax but why am I being charged another 30 dollars for adobe Pr Creative Cloud, is it another charge just to have adobe creative cloud? It does not pop up in my payments for my account but pops up in my bill?

Premier Pro costs $33 per month.  It is not a one time charge unless you prepaid annually.   You are charged every month until you cancel.
