Hi, just a short tip after my crazy account problem.
When Adobe says that your Credit card refused the monthly operation, nothing
in the support base (AFAIK) suggests to look at the following option:
when you go to the credit card setup page of your bank, you have generally access to an option
called "Accept International operations" or "Paiements de l'étranger"...
In my case, I disabled this option since I want to better protect the account.
But Adobe is not invoicing from France (I work in France), therefore the payment
could not succeed, without any message giving a clue about the reason.
So, if you have the same kind of trouble, check this option with your bank.
