Hi. I would like to stop the charges to my credit card. I cancelled and still getting the charges. How can I cancel this?

Update: An unuse email was associated with the account. An email I no longer have access to. So using the chat service, write Agent to all the questions asking for written answer and you will go straight to an agent. I sent the invoices with the credit card associated with the charge. Provide all the emails you have.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
