Hello, I live in Croatia. is it possible to buy your products online directly from you or do I still have to do it via reselsers here that are way more expensive?

you can try using adobe's website.  if you have to use a reseller, you'll see a message saying that.

Hi, I noticed you linked to the plans for Indian market. Shouldn't users in Croatia buy from somewhere in EU, and please could you suggest from which country (since Croatia isn't listed in the Eastern European section)?

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary to make your purchase:
