customer support avoiding me?

Ever since customer support agent told me he would give me a refund, and then disapeared on me , i cant seem to keep of the customer service agents around. litterally i contact support, told him what was going on. the very next thing, it says he had left the chat. Im not sure whats going on but this is horrible customer service.
