Deeply concerned over new terms of service agreement

I was seeing that people were launching Photoshop and seeing an agreement they had to accept in order to launch it, and it sounded like anything at all being created or altered in Photoshop could be used by Adobe in any way they want. I did not see this same thing pop-up in After Effects, this morning. Does anyone know if this is being planned for After Effects as well? My concern is that clients will not allow me to use After Effects, at all, if any footage I use in it is being sent to Adobe to be used however they like.

Hi @DarseZSzabo 

In order to curb the ever-increasing number of spam attempts and the subsequent insertion of hidden spam links, Adobe decided a few years ago to only allow the editing of posts in the forum once a certain level of participation had been reached. The exact ‘magic formula’ required to reach this level is known only to Adobe employees.

 

However, if you want (and there aren't too many of them), you can DM me your edit requests and I'll do it for you. The changes must comply with the forum rules.

thanks for your assistance yesterday Pixxxelschubser and this link...the aspect which many find troublesome is that the content access isn't limited to when we're trying to use cloud services such as Generative AI or Neural Filters....it's everyday use of the product on a desktop, as mentioned below from that page:

And what about the decietful part where they charge you 50% cancellation Fee for early termination. And by the way, a YEAERLY subscription that is painted as a monthly  subscription (you pay monthly) that they charge you to cancel IS unethical behavior. This is why there is a federal law suit against adobe for this specific deceitful behavior.
