Delete me from any community

Hello! My mail somehow got into some kind of database, and for almost a year various companies added and removed me to their teams. I keep getting a lot of emails about this. There's no way I can turn it off. In support, it says - contact the administrator of the group, but I do not have any contacts (i don't know anything about it at all) and groups are added and deleted several times a day. I don't work for any company, I'm a freelance photographer. Can I block my ability to join a team at all?

@Astaya

Are these emails actually coming from Adobe? If you open an email and hover over the name (or forward and look at the actual email address), who does it say it is coming from?

If you have never had an Adobe account and have never been on a team through work, then it sounds like it could be spam that is not coming from Adobe. Set up a Rule in your email to automatically send these to your spam folder.

If they are really from Adobe, show a screen shot of the address.

Jane

open your cc desktop app and click the upper left hamburger menu>files>preferences>notifications and untick everything.

go to your account (https://account.adobe.com) and click communication preferences > collaboration and select none for everything listed and then click newsletters and toggle everything off.

=====================================

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
