Hi! About a month ago I created an Adobe account and enrolled in a plan using a custom private business email. A week later, my college deleted the email (to make a new one). The problem now is that I am unable to login to my account a access my Adobe softwares. I am also unable to restore my email. Does anyone know how I can regain access to my Adobe subscription? Thanks in advance!
(Posting this via an old account btw)

Support may be able to help
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
-you MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
-you MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This link will go directly to the chat option
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent without the quote " " marks

Okey, thank!
Considering that I didn't have the account for very long I don't have that many prodjects on the cloud itself. I would be fine with just using a new account, but that would only be fine with me if Adobe doesn't charge the old account. So my follow-up question is if Adobe will charge my old account or if they won't be able to since the email is inactivated? Im a student so paying for one account unnecessarily would be quite rough for me.
Thank you for the awnser.

If you were not able to cancel that account with that email Adobe is going to want payment to use that account again
