Deleting the account

Hello guys!

I subscribed more than a year ago and never used it and ended up with forgetting about it! 
They never notify about the account anymore and the payment was due to few days ago (the payment failed cause I think there were not enough funds). How do I delete my account? It is pointless for me to pay for another year when I didn't even use it the previous one.. and the only thing is that I was never notify about the renewal..
