Devolución de dinero por cobro injustificado

Buenos dias señores de adobe, anteriormente en noviembre despues del fin de mi plan anual, ustedes dejaron de cobrarme sin embargo desde el dia de hoy  ustedes me cobraron como si yo estuviera inscrito en el plan, habiendome dejado en claro que ya no se me cobraria mas por dicho plan, solicito la devolución de mi dinero y la cancelación de ese plan que jamas solicite, porfavor y saludos cordiales
