Directly contacting Adobe support (Ger/At) currently not possible?!?! (regarding a billing issue)

Hello guys, I hope this is the right section for my concern.

I'm experiencing trouble to get into direct touch with Adobe staff. When I go on the drop-down menu under 'support' and click on 'contact' literally nothing happens. Same applies for the Help Center: When I choose my topic of concern, scroll to the very bottom and click on 'get in touch with adobe' it miraculously just redirects me to the beginning of the same page.

My issue is that since this month, my plan isn't taking the students' discount into account anymore, whilst I am in fact still enrolled. I would like to readjust that and get a refund for this month's extra billing. I guess I need to speak to staff directly for that?

Does anyone have a contact or link, either to the german speaking departments, or a general english one? It would be very much appreciated. Thanks heaps in advance and kind regards
