One of our customers has forgot to pay the bill for Adobe products.
They would like to pay the bill.
The main problem is that they cannot login to the Adobe site since the account has been disabled.
The customer has tried to phone the support, but never got contact with any person at Adobe.
I have tried to phone Adobe my self, but after 12 minutes in the telephone queue I got disconnected.

If the old account is disabled, that's the end of it. Tell your client to create a new Adobe account.
