Hello there! I'm writing to y'all 'cause I've been billed three times this month. I'd like to know who I can contact to figure this out.

"You are billed for this plan through Adobe Store. To view your invoices and billing history, or to edit billing and payment, please go to Adobe Store." But it won't let me open Adobe Store.

I'd appreciate any help!

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted

You have to chat with an operator. I have the same issue and she said that I have purchased the same plan twice. One from Digital Rivera and the other is from Adobe direct store. So she immediately terminated the other plan and arranged a refund.
