I'm having some trouble with my plan. Since I work as a media teacher, I thought I would be able to use the student/teacher-edition. Even though I have uploaded the documentation that is needed to confirm my working status, my plan won't change. When I send the documentation I get a message about it taking up to 72 hours to respond, but I have never heard anything. I have send the documentation twice, the last time being well over a week ago, and still I have to pay the full price. How do I solve this?
