Does anybody know how to contact adobe client service from mexico?

They have been charging me for a plan that I have already cancelled. Im a college student from mexico and 50$ taken from my account are something big. So if anybody can help with this or know how can I talk to adobe, please let me know. Thank you all!

PS: I've tried calling to 3 different numbers and nobody answers.
