Recently, I decided to actually use my creative cloud. I've been paying on it for about five years, but haven't really used it.
When I tried logging in, first of all I needed an authenticator. That worked fine, but when it came to putting in my password, I used the one I had saved in Dashlane, but apparently it is not right. In order to change the password, the ONLY option I get is to send a code to a phone number that no longer gets text messages. (Thanks, Comcast)
I couldn't even get into this forum without having to create a new account. In the support section, I can't find a phone number to call or an email to write. If someone can help me, I'd appreciate it.
