I want to reduce the number of authenticators and remove the Adobe Account Access app.
Does anyone know how to get a QR code to import for a 'open' authenticator?
Regards in advance.

Neither. I have an individual account.

turn off 2fa and log out.
log back in and set up 2fa using the "Authenticator app" (not "Adobe Account Access app")
you should then see a "next" button and the QR code.

Hi!
I have the same problem as well but I don't have an "Authenticator app" option.
Thanks for the reply.

did you log out and then log back in?

Yeah. This screenshot was taken right after logging back. I tried this multiple times today with the same results.

clear your browser cache and retry logging in.
if that fails, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Sorry for the late response but I talked to Adobe Support and it seems that 3rd party Authenticator apps cannot be set up to be used anymore. So if anyone wants to use an app they have to use the official Adobe one.
And thanks for helping me. 👍

Wow, this is too bad. Nobody wants a dozen authenticator apps. I've settled on one, and the trend is in that direction.
