Does the Cancellation Fee Apply on the Day of Renewal?

Just a query, but if I were to cancel my account on the day that it renews (after it takes that money out of my account) would I still be charged the cancellation fee?

I have the student bundle, 20 bucks for like 20 something apps, and they're charging me a cancellation fee of 40 bucks. So if I could wait this out until the next monthly charge and then cancel it that day, it would be better for my broke college student self to pay that 20 dollars instead of 40.

I'm just not sure if that's an actual thing that Adobe does or not.

And don't forget you may be talking to customer service in a different timezone. So don't leave it until late on the last day either.  I think (but cannot confirm) that if you cancel some time in the last month, the cancellation happens at the end. Check though!
