Don't know which email address acount is registered to cancel account

I have been charged for September and October monthly subscriptions - £4.98 and £19.97 each but when I try to cancel the subscription I can't see it asscoiated with any of my 3 email addresses and it is not registered to my phone number either. How do I cancel this subscription and get the 2x monthly costs refunded?
