Also mir wurde eins von 3 Abos doppelt vom Konto abgezogen. Dann hatte ich während der Geschäftszeit eine Mitarbeiterin, der auch die Kontoauszüge hochgeladen wurden und die explizit darum gebeten wurde, eine Bestätigung des Gesprächsergebnisses an die bekannte eMail-Adresse zu senden ... jedoch nichts geschah. Sie hat ihre Zusagen leider nicht gehalten. Weder wurde der doppelte Betrag erstattet, noch hat sie ihre Zusage bestätigt. Für ein Unternehmen in dieser Größe ein sehr armes Zeugnis. Zumal nirgendwo eine eMail-Adresse von Adobe angeboten wird die KI nichts rausgibt. Um so größer das Unternehmen, um so schlechter der Service. Man muss tatsächlich die Gespräche aufzeichnen.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Mehrfach. Was soll die Frage? Im Übrigen schreibe und spreche ich Deutsch. Dem Adobe-Support liegen der Kontoauszug und die Rechnungen vor. Auch die E-Mail an Adobe mit dem Widerruf  der Teilnahme am Lastschriftverfarhren wurde bislang NICHT beantwortet. Also wurde das Anliegen per Einschreiben zusätzlich nach Irland geschickt. 

Lesen können Sie schon? Oder sind Sie nur zur Bespaßung hier? Würde ich die Programme nicht benötigen, hätte ich mich nach diesem Kundenservice schon längst von Adobe verabschiedet.
