double facturation

récemment ma carte bancaire arrivait a expiration et on m'en a envoyé une nouvelle, donc mon ancient plan a été arreter de facto 

donc j'ai pris un abo illustrator avec ma nouvelle carte 

sauf que j'ai fait l'erreur de mettre a jour les informations via crative cloud, résultat j'ai vérifier adobe a bien fait en sort de me faire deux facture pour deux services illustrator, un qui sera prelevé le 15 septembre et un autre qui le sera le 17 septembre, ce genre de scam(arnaque en bande organisée commence a bien faire chez vous adobe d'autant que vous avez très bien vu que j'avais une nouvelle carte bancaire et que vous en avez profitter astucieusmeent pour me coller un deuxième abonnement en faisant passer ça pour l'ancienne formule que j'avais, bien pratique pour renflouer vos caisses de voleursCapture d’écran 2024-08-31 à 17.18.07.png

contact adobe support to rectify this.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scamme

de toutes les manières je fairais opposition le moment venu, je trouve que vos pratiques sont devenu profondément dégueulasse et répugnantes chez adobe, faire payer tout les mois un abonnement, et en réalitée demander des frais de résiliation exorbitants quand on veut annuler l'abonnement c'est simplement une arnaque ça ne porte pas d'autres noms

si vous voulez pas passer pour des gros arnaqueur soit vous proposer des abonnements au mois soit des paiement a l'année payable en une fois, là vous essayez juste de donner l'illusion que les gens sont libre c'est degueulasse

I just need *One* Account.

Attached are the Amex details for the two accounts.
I have been forced to take a second account when the 1st one did not work
anymore and there was no way to join Adobe support..
(it is scandalous we cannot find an Adobe e-mail !...)

The second one (23.99 €) has to be cancelled and reimbursed to me for the
past 6 months..
