I send to messageådobe.com copy of the PAYPAL payment invoice/receipt from 20 June, 2023.
In addition, a second PAYPAL payment invoice/receipt from 21 June 2023.
This means, I have paid TWICE the amount of 18,14 € to you.
Moreover, I noticed, that I was unnecessarily invoiced by you 2 payments each month of 18,14€ for the same service and over a large period of time.
I now have annulled my automatic payment with PAYPAL of your contract due on 21 of each month.
I will only stay with your contract invoiced automatically on 20 of each month, this one stays active also with automatic payments through PAYPAL.
I explicitly ask you to confirm cancellation of the double invoicing, precisely the one you used to send on 21 of each month.
Best regards,
I DO HOPE THEY WILL ANSWER AND CONFIRM - and EXCUSE.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
