Double payment

New Here ,
May 04, 2025 May 04, 2025

Hi, how can I get a refund since I have just started a new month with my Photography plan and paid 18 Euros, but I switched to Lightroom only (no Photoshop), and I have been charged again for the new plan, but haven't used the old one.

Can somebody help me contact Adobe directly?

you should have "changed" plans, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-creative-cloud-plan.html

now you'll have to cancel the old one but you'll likely have a fee.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @MyBuddyValium,

Thanks for reaching out. I believe you followed @kglad's advice. I can see that you have an active Lightroom subscription and cancelled the Photography plan.

I hope it is all working fine now.

Let us know if you have any questions.

^Shivangi
