doubts about the next payment

Hi everyone!

 
I have a doubt regarding my adobe subscription:
at the beginning of December while trying to cancel my student subscription I was offered 2 months free and of course I accepted, today I got the reminder of the expiration soon and I noticed that the next indicated payment is only 2.10€, I would like to understand if this is true or is it like a bug/glitch and instead I will end up paying the standard cost of about 40€ on Feb 1.17c4ce2a-a27e-43fc-b92c-ec3ade069921.png

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

As per your account info, you purchased the subscription on December 03, 2022 and the active tenure is of 1 year 1 month and 26 days. The term end date is February 03, 2024. 

If you were charged for these two months, do you have any case reference number that we can refer to check the free subscription you were offered? 

We'll look into this.
