Duplicated plans

I have 2 subscriptions for the same plan and services, with differente prices. It was duplicated, and I cannot cancel one without penalty. Help?

We appreciate you writing in. We checked and found that one the duplicate plans that you own is only 2 days old. You can always cancel a plan within 7 days of subscribing without an early termination fee.
