Duplicitná platba

Dobrý deň. Dňa 15.9.2024 som si nainstaloval Adobe Lightroom. Mám problém že banka mi dvojnásobne sťahuje platbu. Podľa histórie faktúr bez stránku Adobe vyzerá že všetko funguje ako má. Platba je sťahovaná mesačne, podla plánu. Banka ale sťahuje zhruba po týždni platbu znova. Vďaka za odpoved.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
