Early cancellation window.

New Here ,
Mar 20, 2025 Mar 20, 2025

Where do I find out the window for my free early cancellation? I want to cancel my plan, and it tells me I can cancel without a fee within 14 days of the start of my plan. So how do I find this date?
The only info I can find is the date of my next billing, which is useless information to me.

When you subscribed, there was a message at the bottom telling you the cancellation date. Example here:janee_0-1742492398653.png

@Jeffrey_A_Wright

The OP is aware of the terms. He is looking for the specific date that is 14 days from when he subscribed so he can cancel without penalty. Does your link give that info?

I understand, Jane; they are not a new subscriber, though, so the timeline referenced in https://adobe.ly/41LKWuZ provides a breakdown of the subscription depending upon the month they are in. ^JW

Thank you Jeffrey. The OP's post sounded like he was a new subscriber and was trying to cancel within the 14-day grace period.

@Jared223943275m58 The 14-day grace period is only for an initial order. It does not apply to you.

Cancellation Terms:

You can cancel your subscription anytime by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

I understand, Jane. They aren't, though, and I can't provide specifics regarding renewal dates in a public forum discussion.

Jared, if you purchased a separate membership on a different account, then please follow the advice offered by Jane to complete the cancellation process listed in https://adobe.ly/4kLUPBA if you no longer are using the service. ^JW
