Hello,

edit payment popup in all my devices (apple, windows) looks like this. Any idea how to add new payment card? does it work properly for you?

You didn't say how you started. If you have a plan from Adobe, start here: sign in at https://account.adobe.com/plans.

Then follow the directions here: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/update-billing-information.html

If your plan is from the App Store instead of Adobe, scroll down to the section on:

"Update details through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store"

If you still have problems, you need to contact Adobe Customer Care. No one else can help you with billing.

Keep scrolling to "Frequently asked questions"

Let us know how it goes.

after following @jane-e, if you need ti contact adobe support, there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
