I am a Graphic Design student and my education took longer than i planned. In the meantime my Creative Cloud Student Plan ended so I want to update my Education Information from Account Settings, but it is not working somehow. When I tried to edit it appears a page that says "The Page is Nor Working".
Do anybody knows why is this happening? I hope someone can help me about it.

You didn't say if you are still a student or not?
What steps did you take to edit your information, what is the URL that sent you to the page that is not working?

try using a different browser. mobile browsers with the mobile wifi disabled are most likely to succeed) to update your info.
if that fails, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I can see that you have an active student subscription. Was this subscription provided to you by your school/college?
Please check the account info after signing out and signing back in to the Creative Cloud desktop app. Let us know how it goes.
