Education status not applied and full charges made to credit card

New Here ,
Mar 28, 2021 Mar 28, 2021

I have had the Education Creative Cloud for the last year and always handed in the vertification. I was also approved for it this year, but my credit card got charged the full amount anyhow, instead of the reduced price for educators.

Of course I can't contact Adobe via E-Mail and it is impossible to find out where I need to go or who I need to talk to.

Anybody else been in this situation? What do I have to do to get this resolved?

Thanks

Simona
