I paid for a plan for my 15 year old-Creative Cloud and he of course cannot remember his account info and I am paying for it through Paypal. I cannot find any number or email to contact customer service so I can cancel my the plan. Does anyone have a customer service email so I can begin this process?

Adobe does not conduct business over e-mail because it's not secure.
Also cancelling an annual plan before your 12th month of service incurs a 50% early termination fee. These are the TERMS you agreed to when you joined.

1. With a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers, please log-in to your account portal below with your account ID (email) and password.

2. Scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page.
3. Click the chat icon. Online chat is available in English 24/7.
4. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by enter key and wait for a human.
5. Alternately, phone customer service M-F during normal business hours.

A teen should NOT be in charge of a subscription, particuarly if the parent pays for it.
