I have recently signed up for a trial. I decided I did want to use the service. Now I've been charged £33.97 for something I do not want. I cancelled the trial but I think the the charge is for for what I though was a failed attempt. I think what happned was I put the wrong email in and then had a techinical issue then tired agan. 

 

Is there a number I can ring this needs sovling asap and needs a human
