end of free trial from coupon

hello, I was using 30 days free subscription trial from Asus's coupon, it ended and I can't cancel it or do anything with my account because I'm asked for billing information and renowal of one year subscription plan, why does it happen? how to cancel after trial? the guide on the Adobe help page doesn't help me
